All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Because many of our products are custom laser-cut or engraved, additional processing time may be required depending on the complexity of the order.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience while we carefully create and prepare each item.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information if it is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear in their system.

4. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • High shipping demand during holidays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times may also cause additional delivery delays.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
